4 cups old fashioned oatmeal
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup dried cherries
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1 bar dark (72%) chocolate, coarsely chopped (47g)
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup canola oil
3 tablespoons water with 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
